Medical assessment does not address treatment
Medical assessment doesn’t include treatment of any disease from which the patient suffers. It is more like a report showing the problems which the patient is facing and possible solutions to such problems.
Medical assessment shows the root causes of problems of patient. It shows history and reasons for the occurrence of a disease in a patient. Medical assessment can not address treatment of a disease because its never done by a doctor rather it’s done by a health care professional in usual cases.
